Option 1: Offline Collection (Event Only)

If you won a collectible during an event:

  1. Visit the official PinBest booth at the event venue.

  2. Open your PinBest App and show the QR code under your reward details.

  3. Our team will scan the QR code to verify your reward.

  4. Once verified, you’ll immediately receive your collectible on the spot.

  5. Please claim your reward within the event period — unclaimed rewards after the event will no longer be valid.

Note: Collectibles are limited in quantity and only available for offline collection at selected PinBest events.

Option 2: Online Claim with PinBest Products

If you prefer to receive your collectible through an online order:

  1. Purchase any PinBest product from the website or app.

  2. After checkout, contact our support team through WhatsApp or the in-app chat.

  3. Share your order number and a screenshot of your reward QR code.

  4. Our team will confirm your details and include your collectible with your order (while stocks last).
