1. Organizer
This promotion is organized by PinBest Portal Co. LLC, a company licensed under Dubai (Trade License No. 1445967). 

2. Promotion Name

  • Name: Spin to Win

  • The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, or cancel the promotion subject to approval from the relevant authority.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to all UAE residents aged 18 years and above.

  • Participation is open only to registered users of the PinBest App.

4. How to Participate

  • Participants must log in to the PinBest App during the promotion period.

  • Each registered user is entitled to a configurable number of free spins, as determined by the Organizer.

  • No purchase is necessary to participate.

Referral Bonus

  • Each time a participant invites a friend via their unique referral link and the friend successfully registers, the referrer earns 1 additional spin.

  • For every 6 successful referrals (registrations), the referrer will receive an AED 6.66 WeMart Gift Card, loadable into their WeMart account.

  • For every referred friend who makes their first booking in the PinBest App, the referrer will receive a AED 50 WeMart Gift Card.

5. Prizes
Prizes include but are not limited to:

  • AED 6.66 WeMart Gift Cards

  • AED 50 WeMart Gift Cards (for referral bookings)

  • AED 100 Gift Cards

  • AED 5 Rock Cuisine Restaurant Vouchers (redeemable at Rock Cuisine Restaurant, PinBest restaurant partners, or as credit towards a PinBest service)

  • PinBest Products such as Smart Locks, Robot Vacuums, or Smart Home Lamps (quantities & values as per the approved prize list)

  • “Thank you” (no prize)

Conditions:

  • No cash alternatives are permitted.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  • Prize quantities are capped according to the approved prize list.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Prizes are awarded instantly through the Spin to Win digital system within the PinBest App.

  • Winners are notified immediately in-app and receive confirmation of their prize.

  • Vouchers are credited directly to the user’s PinBest account or WeMart/Rock Cuisine partner account.

  • Winners of physical products will be contacted via their registered email/phone to arrange delivery or collection.

7. Claiming Prizes

  • Prizes must be claimed immediately at the time of winning.

  • If a prize is not claimed instantly, it will be automatically forfeited.

8. Referral Rewards Claiming

  • AED 6.66 WeMart Gift Cards (from every 6 invites) and AED 50 WeMart Gift Cards (from first bookings) will be sent to the registered email/phone of the referrer within 7 working days.

  • Gift cards and vouchers are subject to availability; PinBest reserves the right to substitute them with one of equal or greater value.

9. General Conditions

  • The Organizer reserves the right to verify participant eligibility.

  • Fraud, misuse of the PinBest App, multiple account creation, or any attempt to manipulate the promotion will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

  • The Organizer’s decision on winners and referrals is final and binding.
